2413 Spencer St, PlaceMade's first project, was created and designed primarily by Nolan Golgert (Forgamere) and Jewel Rodgers alongside various community members and volunteers in the area. It is complete with hammocks, convertible benches, bench swings, a swing set, stone pathways, and a pollinator gardens. The purpose of the garden was to provide an example of activating vacant land in North Omaha as an interim solution to blight.
